If your smart thermostat purchased from the Marketplace is selected for a field verification, you will be contacted by a GreyStone Power Corporation representative to schedule an appointment. By purchasing and receiving this rebate, you agree to provide a GreyStone Power Corporation representative access to perform a field verification during normal business hours. If the GreyStone Power Corporation representative discovers through a field verification that the smart thermostat(s) has/have not been installed, the member will be billed the full rebate amount for repayment to GreyStone Power Corporation.
