Which products are eligible for rebates?
All of the thermostats listed in the GreyStone Power Marketplace are eligible for rebates. The rebates are applied instantly for eligible customers and no paperwork is required.
Is there an application process for the rebates?
No, there is no application process needed for the Business Marketplace rebates. The rebates are instantly applied at the point of sale.
Why do you need to verify my account?
Account verification is necessary to ensure that the customer who completed the assessment is receiving electric service from GreyStone Power Corporation.
Is there a minimum and maximum amount I can buy?
Yes, there is a maximum of 3 thermostats (any combination of different brands and models) per customer. EV Chargers also have a limit of 1 charger rebate per household for the lifetime of program. All other products in the GreyStone Power Marketplace do not have maximum or minimum limits.
When a customer makes a purchase, who does the charge come from?
The charge on your credit card will come from the Greystone Power Marketplace.
How do I know if my order was received?
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email you used while registering for your account. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking code.
What are the shipping and handling rates?
The GreyStone Power Marketplace has free shipping and handling on orders, before tax, over $49. There's a flat rate fee of $8 for order totals under $49.
Can my purchases be shipped to another address other than my GreyStone Power Marketplace service address?
No, all orders must be shipped to your service address. You may request shipments to be delivered to another address by calling: 855-314-9968
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You should receive your order within 7-10 business days.
General Item Returns
Eligible Time Period: 30 days from delivery date
Non-Eligible Items: opened or installed thermostats, caulks, foams, mastic, tapes, and items that are not in original condition
We want you to be satisfied with the products purchased from us, but are unable to refund products that have been installed, for which the original packaging has been destroyed, or that are otherwise not in original condition and resalable. You are responsible for returning products in a safe, unbroken condition, so please pack returns carefully. You may want to insure returns of valuable merchandise. Upon receipt a credit equal to the product purchase price will be issued to you through the same payment method you used to pay for the order.
Incorrectly Shipped Orders
Eligible Time Period: 2 business days from delivery date. Depending on the original method of shipment we will either issue a FEDEX Call Tag or send a prepaid return address label for you to return the incorrectly shipped merchandise. We will ship a new order for the correct merchandise within one business day.
Damaged Item Returns
Eligible Time Period: 2 business days from delivery date. If an order has arrived damaged you should notify both GreyStone Power Corporation and the carrier within 2 business days. All packaging should be kept because the carrier may choose to inspect the damaged goods and shipping box at the delivery address. GreyStone Power Corporation will issue a credit to the customer pending confirmation from the carrier. We may or may not request return of the damaged goods. If we do request that the goods be returned GreyStone Power Corporation will either issue a FEDEX call tag or provide a prepaid return address label to be used for returning those items damaged in transit.
Defective Item Returns (Smart Thermostats)
If a smart thermostat is deemed truly defective by the manufacturer, NOT incompatible, contact the thermostat manufacturer to discuss replacement. See below.
